Quotation
Our engineer cooperate with the sales staff to sort out the customer's drawings or samples, after our analysis and understanding through CAD drawing, we will transform a drawing and sent it to the customer. After the customers confirms that it is correct, we will give the most reasonable quotation.
Samples
We customize molds and prepare raw materials based on customer-confirmed drawings. Once the mold meets production standards, we produce samples. Our engineer verifies their dimensions and mechanical properties to ensure quality. Samples and test reports are then dispatched via FedEx or DHL to the customer. The technical department seals and archives the samples for future reference.
Mass Production
After samples confirmed, we will start mass production. Every process, our quality inspection personnel will be strictly tested. Merchandiser coordinates the turnover of each process according to the delivery time to ensure the completion of product quality and quantity.
Test
We rigorously test the appearance, dimension, and mechanical properties of every batch of our products to ensure consistent quality. Upon completion of these tests, we comprehensively compile and submit detailed Product Test Reports and Material Reports to our customers, providing them with comprehensive insights into the quality and performance of their ordered products.
Package
We pack according to the specific packing method required by our customers, ensuring that each item is clean, securely fastened, and well-protected. Our packaging solutions are tailored to meet individual needs, guaranteeing safe and efficient transportation.
Delivery
The lead time for a sample order is typically within 7-10 days, while for mass quantity orders, it ranges from 25-30 days. Transportation is usually arranged via ship or land transport, depending on the destination and the most cost-effective, timely route available.
